• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items will take longer to process. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.
  • Free shipping is offered on all orders . 
  • Tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped.
  • If you order other items along with personalized or Gold jewelry, your order might arrive in multiple shipments.


  • JewelsGlare offers a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, except for personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, unless they are defective or spurious products.
  • Refunds will be processed after checking the returned items.
  • In case of missing items in return orders, the company may deduct the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount, including promotional products like free gifts and silver coins.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

  • Refunds for returned products will be initiated once the products are received back in the warehouse.
  • Replacement or exchange of orders is also available under the same conditions as returns.
  • For Gold items, replacement will be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.

Return Process:

  • You can initiate a return request through the website or app or by contacting the Customer Support team.
  • Be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner during the return process. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation and re-initiation of the process.
  • In case your pin code is not reverse serviceable, you may need to return the product via an alternate courier service like India Post, and reasonable shipping costs up to USD 5 will be reimbursed.
  • If charges exceed USD 5 , the excess amount will be adjusted against the customer’s refund.
  • If the pin code is non-serviceable, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to the warehouse and will receive USD 5 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Claims for Empty Parcel or Missing Product:

  • In case of receiving an empty parcel or a missing product, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel.
  • Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in the claim not being honored.
